All natural fibers are subject to a 15-20% color variance.&nbsp; Rugs are not guaranteed against wearing, fading or exact color match.</p> <p>- Professional Cleaning Recommended (gentle water extraction process; no chemicals).</p> <p>- Balance is due upon receipt of Invoice. Holland &amp; Sherry will store your rugs for up to 30 days. A $250 charge will be applied to each rug after 30 days of non-delivery. Cancelation of services within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery date of execution may be subject to cancelation fees. Fees may vary based on situation and project.</p> <p>- Careful inspection is made before shipment; however, final inspection and approval are the ultimate responsibilities of the customer. Immediately upon receipt, customer should open shipment and inspect goods and confirm that they are correct and correspond with the order. &nbsp;&nbsp;Upon shipping your rug, if we do not receive written notification of any damage or irregularity in the goods within 10 days of shipping, we will not assume any responsibility for the condition of the goods.</p> <p>- Freight damage must be reported to the carrier within Seventy- Two (72) hours of receipt of merchandise. Damaged carpet must be noted and signed for accordingly. Holland &amp; Sherry must be advised of all visible damages immediately. Absolutely no orders under 5 rolls can be accepted.</p> <p>- For printed grasscloth: 2 rolls; orders under two rolls will not be accepted unless it is an addition to a prior order.</p> <p>- For paper-backed wool flannel orders: 30 yard minimum, $150 setup fee for orders below 30 yards.</p> <p>- WP7900 series vinyl: 15 yard minimum, sold in 15 yard increments.</p> <p>- Framework vinyl: 30 yard minimum, sold in 15 yard increments.</p> <p>- Paperbacked linen, silk, sensuede: 2-4 yards (see price list)</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Disclaimer</strong></p> <p>- Upon receipt of goods, fully inspect all rolls to ensure that you have received the correct color and pattern. All orders must be inspected within 30 days of receipt.</p> <p>- Check for possible color variations and other technical defects prior to cutting any rolls or hanging any wallcovering.</p> <p>- Do not cut or hang any material until you have fully read the hanging instructions and undertaken a thorough inspection of the goods.</p> <p>- No claims are made for material costs after the installation of more than three drops. Absolutely no claims will be accepted for labor or incidental costs.</p> <p>- Only fully uncut rolls in the original factory wrapping will be accepted for return, provided they are returned within 30 days of receipt. All returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee with freight prepaid.</p> <p>- Holland &amp; Sherry recommends using a Guild certified wallcovering installer (http://www.wallcoveringinstallers.org/).</p> <p>- Our painted wallcoverings are handmade, and small variations in color and texture may occur. Credits must be issued to client&rsquo;s account.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p style="text-align: center;"><strong>QUALITY LIMITATION</strong></p> <p>Our merchandise is not guaranteed against fading or shrinkage through cleaning, steaming, and exposure to the sun or effects of wear.&nbsp; Holland &amp; Sherry is not responsible for precise color matching due to possible spinning, yarn, weaving or dye lot variations. It is the buyer&rsquo;s responsibility to request cuttings of current stock for approval, especially when ordering coordinating textiles.</p> <p>We are not responsible for the application or installation of Holland &amp; Sherry&rsquo;s merchandise. Holland &amp; Sherry&rsquo;s textiles are not treated or backed. Costs and arrangements for all special treatments are the responsibility of the buyer.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p style="text-align: center;"><strong>CLAIMS</strong></p> <p>All claims against Holland &amp; Sherry, including defects, shortages and errors, must be made within seven days after shipment of the merchandise. Failure to make any claim within such period shall constitute acceptance of the merchandise and a waiver of said defects, shortages, errors or other claims. No claim shall be made in any event if the merchandise has been cut, hung or treated. Holland &amp; Sherry&rsquo;s liability shall not exceed the contract price and Holland and Sherry shall in no event be liable for labor charges or any other consequential damages.</p>
